Dear Sir,

We are sorry to note that we had not received any communication earlier from your end regarding the rating of FANNA. However, we wish to clarify the position as detailed hereunder:

FANNA which failed in a dope test was disqualified on 30th August 2008 from Race No. 171 of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2008 after a detailed enquiry. As per the decision of the Turf Authorities of India with regard to such horses, which are disqualified after failing a dope test, the rating of FANNA was reverted to 50 vide notice dated 1st September 2008
