KOLKATA, Sept. 9: An excellent card of eight events is framed for tomorrow. The Bhishma Cup, a terms race for 4 yrs old and older horses, is the feature. Eight runners are in the fray for a rich purse of over Rs 2.6 lakh earmarked for the winner.
Three runners are favoured by the terms of the race. Priapus, Rockefeller and Premier Star would therefore have better chances than Star Team and Aristotle. Among the trio, Rockefeller and Premier Star should decide the outcome.
The former had a lung opener earlier this season. In the hands of J Chinoy, the Pesi Shroff trainee is expected to prevail over Premier Star.
Earl Of Warwick needed his last run badly. He should not miss the Court Minstrel Cup and is, therefore, fancied as the best bet of the day.
